STRONG CLEANING AGENT FOR WATER INSTALLATIONS FOR USE WITH E.G. CLEANING PUMPS - (KWA SYSTEM)
(recommended use with FERPRO neutralizer K)

- Removes corrosion products, sludge and mineral deposits (scale) from refrigeration equipment and central heating systems.

- Can be used "cold" - no need to heat up the system.

- For cleaning, use FERPRO or similar cleaning pumps.

- For use in installations of any material - in the case of aluminium, control and cleaning time should be kept to a minimum.

- Colour indicator of preparation activity: red - "active", grey-yellow - "used up" (repeat cleaning).

- Cleaning time: max 2 hours Dosage: 1,5%-5% of water charge (1 kg per 40 - 20 litres of water)

DOSAGE AND USE
Agent DS-50 "FERPRO"® for fast cleaning of installations from all kinds of hard deposits, sludge and corrosion products, by means of cleaning pumps (circulation forcing). The working concentration is 2-2.5%, depending on the degree of contamination of the installation. Cleaning of fittings - concentration to be increased. Cleaning period: max. 2 hours. In exceptional situations, in the case of a very dirty installation, it can be used for cleaning during system operation at a concentration of 1%-1.5%. The preparation should not be in the installation for more than 48 hours. The installation must then be flushed and neutralised.
Cleaning under pressure with a pump .
1) Open all radiator valves and other valves in the system. Using a POWER-FLUSH pump, connected to the system and filled with tap water, flush the system thoroughly to move and flush out any loose deposits and corrosion products. Flush until there are no visible impurities in the outflowing water.
2) Add the product in the correct proportion to the water tank of the cleaning pump. DS-50 "FERPRO"® can be used cold, but if there is a boiler in the system, switching it on during the cleaning process - or part of it - will accelerate the effect of the preparation. Close all the radiators and, if possible, other fittings - such as the boiler, heat exchanger, coils, etc. - with valves. Close valves on all radiators and, if possible, other fittings such as boilers, heat exchangers, coils, etc. (depending on the type of installation to be cleaned), but leave one radiator (fitting element) with full flow. In the same way, clean all other radiators, boilers, heat exchangers, etc. in turn. The cleaning time for one radiator or appliance should be between 5 and 15 minutes. The cleaning time for the whole system is about 2 - 4 h. Then use the cleaning pump to flush the whole system until the water flowing out is completely clean.

Appearance: pinkish-red liquid.
Odour: very faint, sweet.
Density: approx. 1.20 kg/litre.
Specific gravity: 1.2 kg/dm3
pH: 1.2-1.3 in 10% solution .
Solubility: very good.
Dosage: Installations 1%-2%, fittings 2%-5%.
Limitations: In principle, do not use with aluminium or limit cleaning time to max. 1-2 hrs.
Packaging: Per kilo (and FERDOM 1 litre and 5 litre series).
