DS-50 FERDOM FERPRO^® STRONG CLEANING AGENT FOR WATER INSTALLATIONS - FOR USE E.G. WITH CLEANING PUMPS.

Set contains 9 bottles of DS-50 1 litre.

- Removes corrosion products, sludge and mineral deposits (scale) from entire heating systems, HVAC, etc.

- We recommend using FERDOM FERPRO cleaning units and pumps to clean entire systems.

- Can also be used to clean the fittings themselves such as radiators, boilers, pumps, exchangers etc. - using a cleaning pump or bath.

- Can be applied 'cold' - without heating the cleaning bath.

- Can be used on any material - in the case of aluminium, control and cleaning time are kept to a minimum.

- Colour indicator of KWA activity: red = "active", grey-yellow = "used/not active".

- Dosage: 2%-5% of water charge. Cleaning time: max. 2 hours.

- Preparation for use in new and old systems / fittings.

- Preparation based on a composition of phosphoric acid - inhibited (i.e. protecting metals and plastics during cleaning), organic acids and methyl.

APPLICATION:

It is most convenient to add DS-50 "FERDOM^"® through the cleaning pump. It is necessary to estimate the water capacity of the system and select the appropriate amount of preparation. We recommend starting the cleaning with a concentration of 2% (2 litres per 100 litres of water in the system). When cleaning fittings in the cleaning bath, use a concentration of approx. 4 %.
A change in the colour of the cleaning bath from red to grey-yellow indicates the end of the product's activity, which may mean that not all contaminants have been removed. The cleaning process should then be repeated.
Cleaning can be carried out "cold", but if possible, heating should be turned up to max. ^50oC for a few minutes.
After cleaning, it is advisable to use the neutraliser "K-Typ" for the fittings to be cleaned and the used product. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly and protect with the inhibitor.

Recommended FERDOM FERPRO Inhibitors: CH-2 (for smaller installations), CH-3 (for larger installations), CH-33 (universal)

Acidic, corrosive product - requires careful handling and keeping out of reach of children. Use protective gloves, work in ventilated areas. Avoid accidental ingestion. In case of contact with eyes or skin, flush immediately with plenty of water. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.
