The cleaning unit PC210 Titan of the English company KAMCO effectively cleans and eliminates mineral deposits, corrosive deposits of large ones from heating systems (offices, schools, tenements) as well as from central heating installations in single-family houses. It is also applicable to air conditioning, cooling, solar systems - HVAC. It can also be used for cleaning fittings - heat exchangers, heaters, radiators and industrial machines such as injection moulding machines, extruders, etc.

The PC210 Titan is a special pump-unit with a vertical axis that combines the traditional descaling function with the cleaning function of central heating systems, including floor systems and other HVAC systems. It is equipped with special shut-off valves as well as a traditional flow reverser and a powerful motor and large-capacity tank. This gives it excellent results in terms of flow rate and pressure. The reverse flow attacks scale deposits from both sides, causing decalcification, particularly fast and effective because the dynamic action of the bi-directional flow, in addition to the normal action of chemical aggression, allows cleaning even when pipes and exchangers are almost completely clogged. The tank is marked with level indicators for easy assessment of the contents. Ergonomic handle for a firm grip, two large-diameter wheels, easy to carry even on stairs., The pump is also equipped with a safety system to prevent damage when operating without fluid in the tank.

Mechanical cleaning is the fastest and most effective way to clean sludge and residual corrosion from central heating systems, using a large flow of water to loosen and eventually expel the debris, usually containing large amounts of black iron oxide, from the system.
Clean water is pushed through the system, pushing the contaminants out in front of it, and this continues until the discharge water finally becomes clean. This can take a considerable amount of time.
The CombiMag was developed to quickly and simply remove contamination in the form of circulating black iron oxide from the flushing water, using the power of a magnet to attract the magnetic oxides.
The CombiMag filter is simply installed in line with any pump/flushing unit. The design directs contaminated water through a high-powered magnetic field so that even the smallest particles are retained on the central magnet, from which they can be easily cleaned during and after the flushing process. Larger particles, which can otherwise lead to clogging of small bore pipes, are also prevented from re-entering the heating system.
