Accessories included;

1) PC303 ZPW CLEANING KIT FOR "FERPRO" PLATE EXCHANGERS - Flat (without threaded connection ferrules).
A set allowing to connect a cleaning pump to the plate exchanger.
After removing the plate exchanger the kit is mounted with stub pipes (holes with gaskets) to the exchanger.
The set is tightened with attached screws if the exchanger has threads in appropriate places. Otherwise a carpenter's clamp can be used (not attached).
Threaded ferrules in the kit allow for connecting cleaning pump hoses.
Centre distance of holes with gaskets - approx. 42 mm.

2)PC302 ZPP "FERPRO" CONNECTION ADAPTOR IN PLACE OF THE CIRCULATING PUMP.
Connection adaptor enabling connection of cleaning pump hoses with central heating pump body in the boiler or central heating system.
After removing the circulating pump motor (dome) the adaptor is fitted in its place for the cleaning period. The connections allow for the connection of cleaning pump hoses. The adaptor makes it possible to clean boilers or even the entire system without having to "bypass" the circulation pump, while ensuring good cleaning of the pump itself.
Primarily designed for GRUNDFOS, Selectric pumps, but will also fit many other models such as WILO, IDEAL, HEPWORTH and others. Connection hoses are not included (the connection hoses from the cleaning pump are used).

WATERMAX series consists of 5 pump models for cleaning, descaling and removing various types of deposits including limescale, corrosion deposits, impurities, sludge from appliances, fittings and heating, water or air conditioning installations, etc. Pump type - highly efficient, self-priming 230V electric pumps with vertical drive axis.
Irreplaceable for installers and service technicians of domestic and small industrial heating, plumbing, air-conditioning installations, etc.

Special features of WATERMAX pumps;
- Built-in ergonomic hydraulic reverser to change the direction of fluid flow, especially for cleaning fittings or installations with very little or no flow.
- Semi-transparent, lockable tank to control the level and colour of the cleaning bath, wide inlet.
- Durable and reliable construction. One-piece, elongated motor shaft on which the impeller is directly mounted.

Typical applications of WATERMAX pumps;
Cleaning and descaling of domestic central heating boilers, water heaters, heat exchangers, pumps, radiators, pipes, etc., descaling and rinsing of hot water systems, cleaning of air conditioning system components.
Secondary/occasional use; cleaning and rinsing of sections and entire domestic central heating systems. (the size of the system to be cleaned depends on the pump model/tank size).

Recommended FERDOM FERPRO cleaning products for use with WATERMAX pumps;

See FERDOM DS-50 universal, strong cleaning agent for mineral, corrosive and metallic deposits. It is recommended for heating installations and very stony hot water installations, etc. It is also suitable for cold application.

See FERDOM DS-30 cleaner, descaler for mineral deposits, limescale. Recommended for water supply systems, hot water systems, etc. Heating of the cleaning bath is required.

See FERDOM DS-15 acid-free, mild cleaner and descaler for older heating systems and other installations where there is a risk of leakage. Heating of the cleaning bath is required.
