The preparation, depending on the size of the order, is delivered in collective packaging of 31 kg or 5 and 6 kg/L.

STRONG CLEANING AGENT FOR WATER INSTALLATIONS TO BE USED E.G. WITH CLEANING PUMPS - (KWA SYSTEM)
(recommended to be used with FERPRO neutralizer K)

- Removes corrosion products, sludge and mineral deposits (scale) from cooling appliances and central heating systems.

- Can be used "cold" - no need to heat up the system.

- Use FERPRO or similar cleaning pumps for cleaning.

- For use in installations of any material - in the case of aluminium, control and cleaning time are reduced to a minimum.

- Colour indicator of preparation activity: red - "active", grey-yellow - "used up" (repeat the cleaning).

- Cleaning time: max 2 hours Dosage: 1,5%-5% of water charge (1 kg per 40 - 20 litres of water)

DOSAGE AND METHOD OF USE
Agent DS-50 "FERPRO"® for quick cleaning of installations from all kinds of hard deposits, sludge and corrosion products, by means of cleaning pumps (forced circulation). The working concentration is 2-2,5% depending on the degree of contamination of the installation. Cleaning of fittings - the concentration should be increased. Cleaning time: max. 2 hours. In exceptional situations, in case of very dirty installation, it can be used for cleaning during the system operation at a concentration of 1%-1.5%. The product should not be in the installation for more than 48 hours. The system must then be flushed and neutralised.
Cleaning under pressure with a pump .
1) Open all radiator valves and other valves in the installation. Using a POWER-FLUSH pump connected to the installation and filled with tap water, thoroughly flush the installation in order to move and flush out any loose deposits and corrosion products. Flush until no impurities are visible in the outflowing water.
2) Add the preparation in the correct proportion to the water tank of the cleaning pump. DS-50 "FERPRO"® can be used cold, but if there is a boiler in the installation, switching it on during the cleaning process or part of it - will accelerate the effect of the preparation. Close valves on all radiators and, if possible, other fittings such as boilers, heat exchangers, coils, etc. (depending on the type of installation to be cleaned). In the same way, clean all other radiators, boilers, heat exchangers, etc. in turn. The cleaning time for one radiator or fitting should be between 5 - 15 min. The cleaning period of the whole system is approx. 2-4 hours. Then, using the cleaning pump, flush the whole system until the outflowing water is completely clean.

CHEMICAL-PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
Cleaning fluid based on a composition of phosphoric acid, organic acids, corrosion inhibitors and methyl.
Appearance: pink-red liquid.
Odour: very faint, sweet.
Density: approx. 1.20 kg/litre.
Specific gravity: 1.2 kg/dm3
pH: 1.2-1.3 in 10% solution.
Solubility: very good.
Dosage: Installations 1%-2%, fittings 2%-5%.
Restrictions: In principle, do not use with aluminium or limit cleaning time to max 1-2 hrs.
