- Recommendation - domestic central heating systems with floor-standing and wall hung boilers, maximum system output up to 40 kW, connection 1" GZ,
- Removes up to 100% of magnetic impurities and corrosion products accumulated in the boiler, valves, pumps, etc.
- Removes up to 100% of magnetic impurities and corrosion products accumulated on boilers, valves, pumps, etc. Thanks to the built-in ball settling tank, it also captures non-magnetic impurities and sediments.
- Real magnet power 9 000Gs, dimensions 150x162 mm.

FERMAG FD360 Magnetic filter-separator, magnetizer for central heating. 9 000Gs. Horizontal-vertical 1" connection. FERDOM

- The filter improves the operation of the installation by capturing magnetic and non-magnetic impurities and sediments.
- Contaminants and magnetic deposits are captured by a neodymium magnet and are collected outside the magnet chamber.
- Other contaminants and deposits are captured in the contaminant separator by balls floating there forming an anti-sludge barrier.
- The filter can also serve as a dispenser of inhibitor or cleaning agent for the system. Filling through the vent hole.
- To increase the effectiveness of the magnetic filter we recommend the use of Filter Fluid FD678 penetrating preparation.
- Most boilers manufactured today have very narrow water channels in order to achieve the highest possible efficiency.
- Even the smallest amount of deposits and impurities can cause blockage of water flow in the system.
- Impurities cause, among other things, a reduction in the thermal efficiency of the system, which leads to increased energy consumption.
- Thanks to the FERMAG 360 filter, maintenance costs and the cost of spare parts are reduced by fewer breakdowns.
- Most European central heating boiler manufacturers currently recommend the installation of the Magnetic Filter together with a new central heating boiler.

Installation and operation
- The filter should be fitted with shut-off valves (not supplied). For ease of operation a valve can be fitted in place of the drain plug.
- Cyclic cleaning of the filter (at least once a year) consists in
a) Close the shut-off valves on both sides of the filter.
b) Unscrewing the drain plug and draining dirty water from the filter.
c) Remove the magnet from the chamber and the magnetic deposits will fall into the casing.
d) Unscrewing the cover and removing the ball sediment trap.
e) Thoroughly wash the settling tank and remove sediments and deposits.
d) After the cleaning is finished, follow the steps in the reverse order.
f) Finally, check the tightness of the cover and vent the filter.

WHY SHOULD I INSTALL A MAGNETIC FILTER?
Central heating radiators they are usually made of carbon steel, which is highly susceptible to corrosion. Steel pipes or cast iron radiators may also be present in the installation. Black magnetite is formed, which has a magnetic character and can therefore be captured with a magnet. If the magnetic filter does not collect these particles, they will go to the next device with electromagnetic properties; such as a circulation pump and will cause premature wear. They also get into other system components such as valves, heat exchangers, etc., causing them to clog and reduce the efficiency of the entire system. An additional built-in device function is a non-magnetic dirt separator. Contaminants of this type (so-called boiler scale) block heat exchangers, lead to boiler overheating, clog pipes, reduce heating efficiency.
