FD401 40 μm inox filter for boilers, heaters, batteries, dishwashers, washing machines, FERDOM water purifiers.
The inox filter stops sediment, sand, dirt, rust, etc.

FD401 is easily mounted to water installations. It is recommended to install FD401 in a vertical position.
When the water supply is connected to the blue head, sediment accumulates inside the filter.
When the water supply is connected to the transparent housing, sediment accumulates outside the filter.

FD401 has a built-in filter - inox stainless steel mesh with dimensions h85mm x diameter 35mm.
The mesh size is 40 microns (μm, micrometre), which is approximately the thickness of a human hair.
Using the principle of filtration, it retains solid, insoluble impurities such as sediment, sand, dirt, rust, etc.
The net is reusable, it should be cleaned periodically, washed under water and cleaned, for example, with a nylon brush.
The durability of the filter cartridge is 18 – 36 months, depending on the water quality. Replacement cartridges are available.
