Neutralisation of installations, boilers, exchangers after acid cleaning and cleaning baths. A mixture of alkaline salts consisting of carbohydrates, sodium phosphates and corrosion inhibitors.

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION:
Mixture of alkaline salts composed of carbohydrates and sodium phosphates and corrosion inhibitors.
NEUTRALISATION OF INSTALLATIONS, BOILERS, EXCHANGERS AFTER ACID CLEANING.
After the cleaning process with the cleaning pump, flush the entire installation with water and then add Neutraliser to the cleaning pump tank. Rinse the entire installation again for 10 minutes to neutralise any residual acid. Use a solution of 0.1%-0.2% - i.e. approx. 1 kg of neutraliser per 10 kg of preparation.
NEUTRALISING CLEANING BATH.
Drain the cleaning bath into the plastic tank without filling it completely (foam !). Slowly add the neutraliser to the cleaning bath (approx. 0.1%-0.2%) until you reach a pH level of 6 to 7 or the litmus paper indicates that the solution is neutral or slightly alkaline. This will also be indicated by the colour of the cleaning bath changing from reddish pink to yellowish. Heat is given off when adding the Neutraliser to the solution be careful not to get splashes into your eyes.
