For connecting the hoses of the cleaning pump with the rotor chamber of the central heating pump. Facilitates connection to the central heating system, cleans the impeller chamber. For selected Grundfos, Wilo etc. pumps.

ZPP CONNECTION ADAPTOR "FERPRO" IN PLACE OF CIRCULATING PUMP.

Connection adaptor enabling the connection of cleaning pump hoses to the central heating pump body in the boiler or central heating system.
After removing the circulating pump motor (dome) the adaptor is fitted in its place for the cleaning period. The connections allow for the connection of cleaning pump hoses. The adaptor makes it possible to clean boilers or even the entire system without having to "bypass" the circulation pump, while ensuring good cleaning of the pump itself.

Primarily designed for GRUNDFOS Selectric pumps, but will also fit many other models such as WILO, IDEAL, HEPWORTH and others. Connection hoses are not included (the connection hoses from the cleaning pump are used).


PUMP ADAPTER INSTRUCTIONS:

Remove the pump head after making sure the water is turned off at both the supply and return.

Manually screw the longer thread as far as it will go into the central brass internal thread on the smooth (back) side of the plastic body. Continue screwing until it stops at the flange.

Place the large "O" ring on the flange around the smooth (back) side of the body, and the smaller "O" ring on the threaded cap flange (grease will help hold it in place).

With the threads facing outwards, fit the body to the pump base using the required bolts and washers supplied.

Once fitted, gently tighten the threaded section with a spanner until you feel resistance on the "O" ring so that the joint is tight at the base of the pump.

Finally, screw the 3/4" nipple into place.

A set of screws is supplied to accommodate most CO pumps.
