ZSW KIT "FERPRO" For Cleaning Pumps. Magnetic Filter, Adaptor for Exchanger and Circulator.

Useful accessories for cleaning pumps PC405, PC406; Magnetic filter FD360 + Adaptor for ZPP pump PC302+ Adaptor for ZPW exchanger PC303+ pH indicator FP104.

It consists of 4 elements;

1) ZPP "FERPRO" CONNECTION ADAPTOR IN PLACE OF THE CIRCULATING PUMP (PC302)

Adaptor enabling connection of a cleaning pump in place of the circulation pump in the boiler or central heating system.
After removing the body of the circulating pump it is mounted instead of it. Connections allow for the connection of cleaning pump hoses. Enables cleaning of boilers or even the entire system without having to "bypass" the circulation pump.

2) ZPW KIT FOR CLEANING "FERPRO" PLATE HEAT EXCHANGERS (PC303)

A set allowing to connect a cleaning pump to the plate heat exchanger.
After removing the plate exchanger, the kit is mounted with ferrules (holes with gaskets) to the exchanger.
The set is tightened by means of the supplied screws, if the exchanger has threads in appropriate places. Otherwise a carpenter's clamp can be used (not attached).
Threaded ferrules in the kit allow for connecting cleaning pump hoses.
Centre distance of holes with gaskets - approx. 42 mm.

3) FERMAG FD360 Magnetic Filter-Separator, Magnetiser for central heating. 9 000Gs. Horizontal-vertical 1" connection. FERDOM,
Magnetic filter for use with cleaning pumps for removal/filtering during cleaning of various types of impurities and sediments - mainly iron oxides and corrosive sediments from domestic and industrial central heating boilers, large heat exchangers, coils, hot water tanks, radiators, etc.

4) PH TEST INDICATOR in the range 1-14, colorimetric. Spool of 5 metres or 100 strips (FP104)
pH below 2 - very acidic solution
pH neutral, distilled water 7 pH
pH greater than 12 - very basic solution
After using acidic cleaning products, the solution discharged into the sewage system should have a minimum pH of 5. 5 pH. If necessary, use neutraliser "K" FP306
